Therefore, we are now looking for a service-oriented and structured Inside Sales / Order & Delivery Coordinator, who wants to be on the front line with our customers and play a key role in making everyday business flows run seamlessly. About the role
As an Inside Sales / Order & Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving, registering, and following up on orders from start to delivery. You are the customer's primary contact for order and delivery-related inquiries and ensure quick feedback via phone, email, and webshop.
The role is operational and B2B-focused and involves daily contact with customers, sales teams, warehouses, and third-party logistics (3PL). You will work in our business systems and help establish clear working methods, routines, and flows as the business scales up.
In short: you are the hub between customer, sales, and delivery – ensuring that every order is handled correctly, efficiently, and professionally.
Your main responsibilities
- Receive and register orders via phone, email, and webshop
- Send order confirmations and ensure correct and complete order documentation
- Monitor and track deliveries with warehouses and 3PL/carriers
- Provide delivery status updates to customers and handle discrepancies until the issue is resolved
- Answer order and delivery-related questions and guide customers to the right product choices
- Be the master user of the webshop and support colleagues in its use
- Use and guide customers/colleagues in the configurator for charging systems
- Receive leads via phone, email, and web and pass them on to sales
- Act as an interface between orders and sales and coordinate special requests
- Collaborate closely with the warehouse on deliveries, priorities, and shortages
- Ensure good service to both internal and external customers according to established routines
Who are you?
You are service-oriented, meticulous, and thrive in a role where structure, pace, and clear communication are crucial. You are confident in customer dialogue, enjoy managing many parallel cases, and are driven to provide quick and professional feedback. You have experience in inside sales, order reception, or customer service in a B2B environment, preferably from wholesale or technology-intensive operations. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
You will succeed in the role if you are:
- Service-oriented and confident in dialogue with customers via phone and email
- Structured, quick, and meticulous even under high workload
- Familiar with working in business systems, webshops, and digital tools
- Solution-oriented and enjoy following cases through to completion
- A team player who collaborates closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics
- Comfortable in an operational role with clear processes and routines
- Interested in and quick to learn systems and technical products
- Electrical knowledge/electrician training is a plus
- If you have previously worked with wholesale, it is an advantage in the role
